The whole project is divided into 5 parts with total 23 houses. The total space of a house is 116m2. The project is build in solid brick construction with thermal insulation facade. Each house has air- water heat pump that absorbs heat from outside air and transfer this energy to hot water supplies. The air water heat pumps are energy efficient heating solution that helps lower energy costs while providing a cleaner form of heat. Houses are build with a photovoltaic plant, which have many benefits: as reducing energy bills, helping the environment, low maintenance cost and technology development.

The historic character of this building which was constructed in 1847 has been preserved and restored through renovation upgraded to the most modern requirements. The building includes 16 apartments in the upper floors, 2 shops and warehouses on the ground floor. The common area is covered by the roof of the courtyard expanded, the facade was renewed and modern passenger elevator was added. We put in a lot of effort to complete a project to a high standard.
